Fusion Communications Corp. will make efforts to implement each of the following sections in order to thoroughly comply with the "Law to Protect Personal Information" (Law No. 57 dated May 30, 2003).

1. Thorough Internal Education

We establish educational materials regarding personal information protection, distribute them to all employees, etc. (including contractors, temporary employees and part-timers), and conduct training at least once a year for all employees, etc. who handle personal information.

2. Preparation of Internal Regulations

We prepare internal regulations regarding personal information management and present a clear policy on personal information handling, and at the same time publicize internally our strict approach toward leakage, etc. of personal information.

3. Creation of "Responsible Person for Information Management"

In addition to the creation of "responsible person for information management," we clarify the role and prepare the internal environment so that the person is able to take proper actions to manage personal information.

4. Proper Collection, Utilization and Provision of Personal Information

Personal information obtained by our company is utilized to the limit necessary to perform business, for the purpose identified at the time of acquisition or within the range of reasonable relevance. When we subcontract the handling of personal information to a third party, we supervise the third party to realize proper utilization of personal information.

5. Review of Entrusted Business

Regarding entrusted businesses, we review those related to management of personal information and ensure improvement. When we execute agreements to entrust businesses, we fully examine the qualification of contractors and subcontractors, and the content of agreement will be reviewed and prepared to take personal information management into consideration.

6. Implementation of Measures to Manage Information Security

Our company is accredited to use the Safe Security ISP Mark as a company that properly handles customer management. We brainstorm the risks for personal information management, and take measures for proper security management of information to prevent and improve "leakage," "loss," "falsification," "illegal access," etc. at an early stage.

7. Maintenance of Audit System

We maintain a system to conduct regular audits to ensure proper management of personal information.

About the sharing and use of customer information we collect
