For existing customers, most changes and updates to your Rakuten Broadband Premium account can be processed through the Rakuten Broadband Premium Member's Station.

New customers are advised to apply through our Online Sign-up system to avoid initial processing charges assocated with standard paper forms.


Customers can contact Rakuten Broadband Premium Customer Support at sales@gol.com for information on service pricing, application flows, and billing questions.
