Apply by Fax or by Postal Mail

  1. Click the "SEARCH" button to find out if your domain is available for use.

  2. Print out the following form and send it to the address listed below.

  3. Rakuten Broadband Premium Sales Dept. will contact the account holder.

  4. After domain registration and account activation, you will be sent a "Service Start Notification."

  5. Use the ID and password on this notification to login to the "Subscriber Control Panel (SCP)" in order to configure E-mail accounts, storage capacity, and any other options you wish.


    Service officially starts.
