In cases where Mail Plus service starts in the middle of a month, charges will begin from the beginning of the month. (When storage space is increased, charges will be applicable the same month. When storage space is decreased, changes in monthly fee will be applicable from the following month.)

  2. Use of IMAP is recommended in conjunction with Mail Plus.

  3. Mail Plus settings are available from the Member's Station after initial application.

  4. Rakuten Broadband Premium takes no responsibility for user-incurred mail loss, hardware damage, or software damage.
