Customers wishing to cancel their service should first request a cancellation form from the appropriate source.

Once customers have obtained the necessary cancellation forms, they should submit the form to the appropriate party.

Cancellations must be received by the 25th of the month. Cancellations received on or after the 26th will take effect the following month.

We process all cancellation requests by the 25th of every month. Any cancellations received on or after the 26th will take effect the following month. Please note that E-mail boxes, contents of personal Web space, and any other data related to your account will be completely erased and cannot be restored upon cancellation.

Customers using Web Hosting Package, Web Rental Service, or Virtual Domain E-mail must notify Rakuten Broadband Premium to make any changes (Renewals, Cancellations, Transfer or Ownership) to their domain even after cancelling their service. If Rakuten Broadband Premium is not contacted, no procedures to renew domains will be completed. Rakuten Broadband Premium cannot be held accountable if domains expire or are obtained by a third party.

If a customer wishes to re-establish service which had been previously cancelled, the customer must pay all past-due balances. In addition, the customer must use a new User ID and will receive a new Static IP Address. We cannot reissue previously used User IDs or Static IP Addresses.
